Thanks Shyamal,

But when am selecting Change Testing Schedule in action box for assign the group and counter of inspection task list type Q, System gives error msg. Inspection plan entered is not compitible with the strategy :QSTABI.

Please reply soon am stuck up with this problem.

Have you check the valid from date for the inspection plan?

The date of material assignment date.

If still problem occurs let me know the error message num to investigate further

Valid From date is not a problem. It is from 02.09.2008.

Error Msg. no is QST078.

Hi Vishal,

As the message suggest it self

"You can only assign an inspection plan to a testing schedule item for a stability study if the inspection plan uses the same strategy as the testing schedule."

So in the maintenance Plant (the trx code is IP03 / IP10 i think), check the Strategy assignment at "Maintenance Plan additional data"

And check it at the QP03, inspection plan also. I am not able to guide you where exactly it is to be checked for QP03.

Hey Vishal I think I got the clue.

- Run T Code CWBQM

- Select Current Working Area; set Q_TSK_000000000010

- Go with Basic Selection Criteria

- Here enter the task list type, Group and Counter Number. Then Load Task list

- Now click on the Tab Header General

- And here check in the line item fields, onr them will be the STRATEGY. if the strategy in the Maintenance Plant and Task list are not same, change it either at IP02 or at CWBQM

I have one more doubt in stability study,

When am going to start the cycle of stability study. system gives error msg. Maintainace Plan still without maintainance packags.

Hi Vishal,

Go to IP02, enter the maintenance plan and follow as i have directed in my previous reply.

So in the maintenance Plant
 (the trx code is IP03 (Here you apply IP02 / IP10 i think), check the Strategy assignment at
"Maintenance Plan additional data"

Assign the strategy to the maintenance plan also.

Same stratagy is assign thier QSTABI in maint. plan also.

Hi Vishal,

I think you would not have assigned the Packages to the Plan / Task list.

So where you have assign the strategy to the Task list through CWBQM follow the below step in addition to that.

- Select the Row in the Grid and Click on TASK LIST in main menu.

- Click Maintenance Package

- Here Operation wise Maintenance Packages needs to be attached.

hi,

According to mr.shyamlal joshi instruction which for creation of maintenance package given below

i created the operation and as well as assigned the inspection plan to it. But i am not able to assign the maintenance package as it is disbled.

Pls look into this matter accordingly help me out.
