Table borders are not displayed in list display of the spool request.how to resolve this?

in the window level ... in output option tab ... check the box "Lines With"...
i tried this before itself but still it is not working
just try to give color as black...
i gave it already but it is not working
Can you see the line in ALV? or this happens only with spool request?
I am saving the form output in spool request. In print preview mode everything is coming fine.But in list display it is not coming
