Text is being update when updating the text in original document

Hi all,

We are creating a new quatation by copying an existing quatation(using the Create with reference).

When we update some header text in the original quatation the same header text is automatically updated in the subsequent document.

I also noticed that it is happen in one text procedure and not in other.

I compared several text procedure and did not see any diffrenece.

Any ideas??

Hi,

Please check in the copy control T-code VTAA.

I believe the difference would be in the copying requirements.

Hi Rajbans,

No diffrence exist in copying requirments.

For my understanding,

the copy control works only in ducoment creation and the text update is done after both documents exist and saved.
