hi all
i have a query in customer master
while creating customer master, i have taken two extra fields in customer master-sales area dataextras-additional data--- customer group 1 and customer group 2. i entered data in that.
when i am extending that customer to a different sales area, the data pertaining to customer group 1 and customer group 2 are not coping automatically, wht will be the procedure so that i can copy all sales area data including customer group 1 and customer group 2.

Hi Again,
Additionally also check by creating same customer manually by tcode VD01 / XD01.
Here you need to see the field enterable in creation, if not there is some problem with the account group screen selection, due to which the field "comment" is not enterable

Hi,
Do one thing when extending / creating customer to new sales area.
In the main screen you enter the customer code & sales area for which it has to be created.
Below you will see Reference, there you enter the original sales area to which the customer is already created.
The required data will be copied
