Re-sales order

Hello guru's

When i am creating sales order it's showing no sales area could be determine.still am moving forward it showing some other dialog box in that it saying a new sales area is redetermining.

Hi there,

When you dont assign the sales doc type to the sales area, then you get this error.

But check if common sales area is defined for your company code. Also in some cases sales area could be determined by customer master record since you maintain the master data with respect to a Sales area..

Goto XD01 and extend the customer to that sales area otherwise

you will get the same message again and again.

Hi,

This might be because the sales area you are entering in the order entry screen is different form the sales area in invoice which you are using as reference.

Enter the correct sales area, or just dont enter the sales area, only enter document type & the reference billing number.

Goto T.code OVAZ and check whether the sales Doc. type assigned to Sales Area r not. If not assign it.
