Oss Password Problem

hi,

I am SAP Certified Consultant. I am having OSS Id. I

never used it. i dont have password. How to use it?

Go on the service marketplace and put the request for your password reset. You can do it by filling this form of Service Marketplace:

Perfect! Had the same question since I had both an OSS id from my employer and one I got when I passed certification. Never had a password for the second one and nevwer got around to asking..... silly me.

The reset process is very smooth. Now I can use the personal OSS-id.

Also had my scn account transferred to the new OSS-id so I can continue using only that one. Perfect service from sdn@sap.com. My compliments!

Hi,

Same situation here. I ve gotten one from my employer and I got one after I cleared the certification exam. When I go the link provided I put in the id and I put in the email address I gave to the SAP Education Partner from where I enderwent the course & gave the certification exam. But I get an error message saying "The specified e-mail address, **********************, is not assigned to user S*********.". It also says "Please correct your entries or, if necessary, contact your SAP system administrator. ".

I m sure that the email address I m giving here is the same as the one I provided to the SAP Education Partner while enrolling for the course. So, what should be done? Which 'SAP system administrator' shoulbe contacted?
