Hello!
We're looking for a possibility to send incident tickets from SAP Solution Manager 7.0 to our central BMC Remedy HelpDesk.
We are highly interested in the standard interface provided by SAP using SOAP/HTTP.
Does anyone have further information regarding our task besides the standard information in the SAP reference guide (SPRO) and the SAP Help Portal?
Does anyone have experience in building up the connection between the two HelpDesks?

This is a very rare project... Very few people have done this.....
Since i have similar requirement, may be i can be off help..
I would say that u would need to visit BMC remedy website and then there find out whether they have any extra addon\ Adapter which enables communication with an SAP system...

Hello André,
it exists a SAP certified integration (interface) between BMC remedy and SAP Solution Manager.
This is an addon for Remedy and Solution Manager which uses the standard SAP SOAP interface.
