Connection between SolMan Service Desk -> BMC Remedy HelpDesk
We're looking for a possibility to send incident tickets from SAP Solution Manager 7.0 to our central BMC Remedy HelpDesk.
We are highly interested in the standard interface provided by SAP using SOAP/HTTP.
Does anyone have further information regarding our task besides the standard information in the SAP reference guide (SPRO) and the SAP Help Portal?
Does anyone have experience in building up the connection between the two HelpDesks?
