reg: automatic PR to PO creation

Hi Guru,

i have created the PR Manually. by using this PR , i trying to convert the PR to PO with the help of ME59N T.code. while converting the PR to PO, the system gives the error like No suitable purchase requisitions found. please help me out to rectify this error.

Please give me the valid information on this issue.

Hi,

Before creating PO from PR automatically checkthe following prerequisites.

Automatic po tick in material master.

automatic po tick in vendor master

source list maintainence for above material & vendor combination.

info record maintainence for same.

Hi,

First you need to activate the checkbox for Automatic PO in Material Master & Vendor master for that particualar material & vendor.

Maintain the Info record for the combination

Then only you can use Automatic PO option for converting PR to PO.

Check the material master & vendor master.

1. For Auto PO , yo should proceed as follows:

• Auto P.O.: In MMR & Vendor Master Record - checked(MM02/XK02)

• Maintain Source List & select the indicator for source list record as MRP relevent.(ME01)

• If more than one source list records are generated, make one of them as fixed.

• Run MRP , the PR's generated will be preassigned with the source of supply.(MD01)

• Enter T Code ME59 for automatically creating PO's from PR's.

2.* Check if the assigned Source in PR is not fixed in Source List.

• Check if the info record for source not assigned, is having valid conditions.
