Regarding Power consumption plan annually

Hi,

We are implementing cement industry, their requirement is to Annual budget plan for Power consumption plan on section wise. How do we plan annually for power section wise. in std sap there is no provision to make annual plan in SOP.

Can any body throw me light on this.

Hi,

First you need to define one more activity type as Power in your standard value key.

KS01,KS02 - Create & Change Cost centre Respectively.

KL01,KL02 - Create & Change Activity Type.

KP26 - Activity Output/Prices.

In CR01 while creating a work centre,you will be assigning a cost centre and activity types defined & valid for that cost centre.

I think it is not possible to plan in SOP.

Hi

Power is normally used as an utility/activity in routing. Creat power activity. And create an annual plan through KP26. Consult with CO.

If u want u can also create a material code for that. Assign as a component in BOM. Create PIR for header material & run MRP. System will trigger reqmt for the power.

My question is how to plan annually by using SOP or LTP. How i consider this by section wise and wanted a report for section wise also.

Is there any way to solve this issue.

Hi

If u mean sectionwise is Cost center planning that is already there in KP26. So annual planing also is there.

If u r intended to go for material code, then this must be a part of a header BOM. So u have to plan for your finished product in SOP/LTP and then run MRP.
