Shipment Price Inactive

Hi All,

Good day,

My user had a problem with one shipment condition type which is inactive in the shipment cost document.

In Detail:

Shipment condition type "Z31C-PC Handling" as been maintained manually in the document.(setting as manual entry as proirity). User entered the condition manually and the status shows yellow Inactive and value is 0.00.

Could some one please assist where could be the problem and how make the entry active?

Hi,

Check your condition types for this.

In the details of condition type you have a feild called "Calculat.type"

Check what is the entry in this feild, suppose it is "X", now check if one more condition type has same entry in it which comes in your pricing properly. If more that two condition types will have same entry one will become inactive & hence yellow.

Hi,

The calculation type is "S - Number of shipping units".

Still looking for resoluation.
