Std repoprt availability for Sub contractor, Stock Transfer Order issue

Is there standard reports available for

1. The quanity/value of material issued to a Subcontractor during a month?

2. Similarly is there a standrad report which will give a report reg. the qty/value of a material which has been issued to another plant (intra company).

Related to Subcontractor Stock report with Qty & Value vendor wise can be taken from MBLB Transaction

Related to Intra Company Stock transfer report with Qty & Value can be taken from MB51 with 351/301/641 mvt type.

1.The quanity/value of material issued to a Subcontractor during a month?

You can get only the qty of the material issued to a subcontract order, as this is a special stock - own stock lying at the plant level.

You can see this in a MB5B - stock on posting date, with selection paramter special stock as O & select the Special stock in Stock type.

2.Similarly is there a standrad report which will give a report reg. the qty/value of a material which has been issued to another plant (intra company).

Check this in MB5T - Stcok in transit.

Check this in MB51 - Material documents with mov type 351

Hi,

You can get the relevant information using the help of movement types in the report MB51,

For Subcontract issues - use movement type 541

For inter plant transfers - Use 641

MB5T is a dynamic report, it will only give the details of materials in transit.
