WorkFlow Status

Hi,

Previously users were creating project in IMA11 tcode and it goes for approval and users can see the status in the transaction. now standard workflow is deactivated and project creation happens in portal and it triggers workflow through wapi function module.

Since the standard workflow is deactivated how can user see the status in ima11.. or is there any Procedure to link the current customised workflow and transaction to see the status.

You have to create an instance of the standard Business Object that gets called from standard Tcode in your Wflow template and then only Wflow overview will be displayed. Use Macro SWC_CREATE_OBJECT.

Using the Changed document object concept a Workflow can be triggered...

Are you talking about " Change in the transaction a workflow should be triggered".
