Changing G/L account in Fi substitution

HI,

Is it possible to changing G/L account in FI substitution? We want to make an user exit to change the G/L account in some cases (for some costcenters).We want to use this for postings comming out of asset management.

hi Paul,

you have to check the setting for the field in table GB01, the G/L account is not subject for substitution by default (BEXCLUDE = 'X'). So you have to remove the 'X'.

On the other hand you have to very cautious, substituting the G/L account can lead easily to problems, just think of the field status for example!

I presume, it's possible; BSEG-HKONT is subsitutable field.
