Hi,

I tried being the only one user and it's the same.

do you want I delete the database and add it again using SQL Server Management studio ?

Hi GEORGES

Yes,based on our experience, the issue can be solved by

a DB restore.

In order to try to resolve the issue, please do the following steps :-

1. Open the SQL server and then take the backup of the database in which

you are able to reproduce the issue.

2. Then delete the database from the server in which you are getting

this issue.

3. Then restored the database again from the backup file that you have

taken as per step (1).

Hi,

You can try the steps provided by Syn above and the last post in the thread referred by me informed the same.

Recreate database should include both your SBO-COMMON and company database.

If you have other company databases and they work fine, try only restore the new problematic one.

Hi,

When I have this problem, I was in version 38.

I pass successfully the 41 version, and the problem disappeared.

After 2 month of use, the problem is back !

I tried to backup the problematic database, delete and restore it, the problem is the same.

I tried to backup SBO COMON, delete and restore it, the problem is still the same.

Hi

is this question solved?

I had this problem yesterday with a customer.

I deleted the db and restored it. Everything seemed ok but today the problem appears again.

I can't delete and restore the db everyday.

Is there another solution??

thank you

Hi,

this problem has been solved, and it appears one time again, but not every day !

I don't know why this problem appears, I understand that backup and restore can solved, but the question is why !

best regards

Are you talking about the SBO-COMMON database or the company database ?
