There is nothing like activating the components in MM.
When you assing a tax procedure to country then the this country is applicable for tax calulations according to the legal rules of India.
In purchasing you have the overview of the tax amounts
In Inventory you will capture the excise in terms of quantity before doing GR
before doing invoice uou post the excise values.
