Sales Order Not in Database

I am having a problem in Sales Order No. Range.

Client send me a ticket that in sales doc. List 2 No's are missing.

No. Range 100 to 250

100 to 182 doc. created.

101 & 102 if we r going for change mode it is showing

Sales Doc. does not exits in Data base or Archieved.

How to see an Archieved files List?

If it is deleted how to prove the client that this two numbers had been deleted?

Plz help me Asap.

hi

to know the deleted sales orders goto SE16

enter the table name as CDPOS

enter "VERKBELEG" in change document object.

VBAK in Table name.

"D" in Change ID.

There is no report to show the list of deleted documents. I dont think you will be able to prove also. Normally, delete authorization for sale orders/deliveries should not be given the sales users and it should be with BASIS guys only. A mail should be sent to BASIS team so that record can be maintained.
