Reg: Re assign the completed workitem

Hi experts,

I need to resign the competed work item to anothe user how can i assign completed work items.

iam doing by using swi4 while doing this iam getting infermation like

" Status change from CMPLETED to READY is not allowed / possible".

how can i do this please some input.

Hello,

As the message says, this is not possible. When an item is completed, it is finished. There is no more work to be done, the task is complete. This is where the status gets its name from.

Hi Ramesh,

1) Sending a work item to multiple agents and when one of the agent executes then particular work item

disappears from others inbox

2) Once the work item is executed then it cannot be restored..

The message you got itself states that WORK ITEM status cannot be rolled back from Completed to READY state...
