'Loading.. ' in detailed navigation

Dear All,

In our portal, on clicking any pulldown on detailed navigation, it shows 'Loading..' and nothing happens.

This started after we created a new theme. But the theme was deleted. But still the problem continues.

What could have gone wrong?

Hi,

If this does not help, try to assign different Portal Desktop and see if this fixes your issue.

Also check if any JS errors are occuring in your browser. To check JS errors in firefox goto: Tools-->Error Console.

Try login to portal with FQDN not ipaddress.

or check the options mentioned in below thread

check the portal desktop whcih is assigned to you.....and check correct theme assigned to framework page or not?
