Dear All,
In our portal, on clicking any pulldown on detailed navigation, it shows 'Loading..' and nothing happens.
This started after we created a new theme. But the theme was deleted. But still the problem continues.
What could have gone wrong?

Simply restart the server.
Also
Delete all temporary internet files plus offline content, clear cache...

I have tried in IE and Mozilla. Its the same error in both. I also tried the setting Vishweshwara has suggested. It also didnt work.
My problem started after I created a new portal desktop and assigned to the rule collection. Later, I deleted the desktop and edited the rule collection to the default. But the error persisted.
What could be the reason?

Hi Krishna..
You had created new theme assigned to your desktop..
Now u have deleted new theme as well as customized desktop...
Confirm in Master rule collection that condition is like this...
IF User = *
THEN Portal Desktop = pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/defaultDesktop
Also
Typically, this condition should be maintained as the last condition in the Master Rule Collection object, thus providing a fallback option if the rule collection does not specify a desktop assignment for every possible user or scenario.
Also
Theme to your Desktop is SAP Tradeshow not a customized one..

Try login to portal with FQDN not ipaddress.
or check the options mentioned in below thread

check the portal desktop whcih is assigned to you.....and check correct theme assigned to framework page or not?
