what is the T code of QA Lot Reversal/Cancel.

QA02.

Go to Inspection Lot --- > Function ---> Cancel Lot.

Hi Vishal,

With which status you lot exist? If it is up to REL then reverse the GR (MBST) the lot will be canceled automatically.

But if once the lot has started for feeding results in it, it is difficult, you will be in need of referring the OSS notes

33924 Reversing Usage Decisions

Furthermore if these notes can't resolve your issue I would recommend looking at note 48815 to release stock that might be stuck in QM.
