How can we post document according to the user specific time zone.

Hi SAP Guru,

While saving any SAP document system will save them according to the system time zone, But i want to save them according to the user specific time zone.Eg;When we save the invoice time of document saved will pick from system time zone.

Please let me know required configurations for this.
