Try to go into unregister the que and then register it again.

It will allow u to restart the messages... i mean it will itself restart all the locked messages.

Hi,

to deregister you can use T-code smqr, also go through SXMB_ADM then manage queue.

it requires a parameter in the Integration Engine configuration to be changed (category MONITOR and QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED parameter). After that you can restart the queues.

Hi,

Deregister and register may not be required.

Follow the steps.

go to smq2 -> click on a iocn like bell(yellow one), which is change view.

select the queue checkbox and go to Edit -> Reset queue

let me know if it works.

Hi Ashish,

You can unrerister queue through Tcode smqr or sxmb_admin --> Manage queues. Thanks!

HI

FIrst

Select your first message of the queue and click on the LOCK Button and then Unlock the same queue and see if the messages start flowing.

or

double click on the message....

it takes you to SMQ1...there you can find unlock icon at the tool bar...click on that..

thanks
