GR restriction

Can I restrict GR before confirmation of a production order.I want sysem not allow GR before final confirmation of all operation pl help

HI,

Use user exit MBCF0002.

Check for confirmation in table AFRU . In user exit write code if GR quantity = confirmed quantity.

Hy Partha,

Use User Status (T.Code is BS02).

Use 2 status in that user status

- One is Conf which allows only confirmation and not GR.

- second is GR - which allows GR for the Order and if required you can put restriction over Confirmation (Not compulsory)

Other solution is ,

- Restrict Use of T.code MB31

If required more on User Status revert back.
