Revaluation of PO

Dear All,

My client want to revaluate production orders at actual prices, but we have only one costing version for plan and actual. Exactly I don't know how to revaluate production orders. As we have only one version, I want to change the activity rates with actual rates in KP26 in order to revaluate the production order. But even I change no revluation is taken place. Any customizing has to be done or what is the procedure to revaluate production orders. I changed the costing version settings to allow revaluation with own business transactions.

Please help me.

Hi Ramesh,

you can revaluate your prod orders at month end *

t.code is　MFN1 or CON2.

to do that please check the costing variant actual given in the prod order. nornally we use PPP2.

in that costing variant check the valuation variant for activity type prices.

if the activity prices actual is given then check whther you have entered/recalculated the actual activity prices.

ｋｐ26　is used for planning only.

you enter actual price in ｋｂｋ６

Revaluation of prduction orders/process orders is one of the month-end activity.Use this transaction CON2.Run it in test run mode in your plant..
