BOM long text 40 character limit

Hello Gurus,

I'm trying to create an LSMW project for the BOM long text using a recording since I don't know how to use the direct input. Now, when I record the system only allows a maximum of 40 characters but a friend of mine told me that there were really 72 characters in one line.

How do I make a recording with 72 characters per line?
