Early Watch Report not coming

Hi All,

Since Last few weeks we are not getting Early watch report in SOLUTION_MANAGER, pls find the details of the log-:

Hi

Is there any change in the system since you not getting the reports ?

is there any satellite password change ?

Are you able to verify the RFC Connection from the system landscape ?

Hi Anwer,

Earlier there was a problem with one of the RFC connection but I resolved that ,now I am getting this issue "No matching Interface" answer to your question yes satellite password has been changed ....pls let me know what are the changes I need to perform now?

Hi All,

I have one more doubt, the report RCCTOOL has to be runned in Solution Manager or at the satellite system when I run the report at satellite system it showed me 2 red marks asking for implementing 2 notes for ST-PI addon.Actually the satellite system is SAP 4.0B.

Hi All,

Still I am waiting for your responses,pls find the latest logs of Early Watch Report.

In this log EWA_SAPOSCOL_B : no matching interface found what does this mean?

Earlier we were getting Early watch reports but suddenly stopped getting. What could be the reason behind this?

We resolved the issue by applying the lastest ST-PI and ST-API Add Ons.
