how to pull data in short text field in gl account master

hello,

i need to upload chart of accounts.

i need to get short text field data into excel.how will i get that data.

how to pull that data.is there a report that pulls that data.

Hi

Go to transaction code - MASS and select the Object type like GL A/c's. Select SKAT (Chart of Accounts: Description and enter the standard fields and select the "Choose Selection fields". Here u will get the GL Master data fields and upload the data.

Simple,

Use table SKAT or use the transaction MASS to mass process and download the Gl data.

The first one is simpler, But second one is standard.
