Difference between the attributes of Agent Assignment

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me the difference in the Attributes of Agent Assignment?

I tried to maintain Agents for a std. task thru AdditionalData->AgentAssignment->Maintain

There i found these Attribute:

- General Task

-General forwarding allowed

-General forwording not allowed

-Forwarding not allowed

I found that we select a task as "General Task" if it is valid for all SAP Users.

I couldn't findout the difference between "General forwording not allowed" and "Forwarding not allowed" ..?

Explain me in detail..thanx

And also where to define a Role for a Task?
