Auto delivery for schedule agreement and auto PGI

Hi guys,

I have a requirement.for creating delivery automatically and posting PGI automatically.

The delivery note should be created automatically as soon as JIT schedule line is saved in schedule agreement.

PGI should be done after picking and packing.

Is there any other solution except bach job?

Please kindly help me.

Hi,

For creating immediate delivery, you can select appropriate values in the field Immediate delivery in the sales document type in transaction code VOV8.

thanks for your reply.

I tried this option.

I select the 'A' create delivery immediately in the field, but this delivery is just created when the schedule agreement is initially created. there is no delivery to be created when I change this schedule agreement, adding JIT schedule line.
