Single material document

Hello all

Presently my client is doing GI, Conf, GR all separately againt production order. So it is creating multiple material documents. Now theyI want to have 1 mat doc for some other purpose. How to do that?

Hi

U can use PP03 control key for the operation where u want to do GR (normaly last operation) and backflush indicator for the materials . Assign the materials to the same operation (PP03 indicator). And confirm through CO11n, u will get one material doc for GI and GR.

Hy Rinu,

Ultimate solution is marked all the components as Backflush and assign them to the Operation or phase where you have assign Control key for the Auto GR.

You assign all the components to one operation and make a backflush tick for all the component materials in production order. Also see that you use PP03 as a operation control key.

Then eitherv confirm using CO11n or CO15...system will create one Material document for GR and GI.
