Hi All,

Thanks for the help.

There are a small number of objects on our PRD system (22 objects) that were upgraded via an OSS note that were designed for support level 13

Our DEV and TST systems are at support level13

Our PRD system is at support level 11

The 2 approaches seem to be to get these objects forced back to level 11

or

try to get the PRD system upgraded to level 13

So far none of the things that have been tried have worked.

Can any of you suggest a new game plan?

Besides above all, I feel the restore from production is better game plan.

Here is the game plan for the restore.

1. could we do a full system save off the current PRD system (BACKUP A)

2. do a full restore from the last known good full Sunday night dedicated backup (8/24) I think would be the one (BACKUP B)

3. then do a restore from the backup in step 1 (BACKUP A) restoring only the database files and config etc, not programs and BASIS

4. this would require us to reprocess all transports since the 24th as well, except for the one that "killed" the system.

I am not sure if this retore game plan is possible. Can you suggest?

Thanks,

Sobhan.
