Hi Sap Guru's,
When i am entering manual condition type in item condition type column Ex: PR00 basic price 2000/Rs, and again i am entering same condition type PR00 basic price 1000/Rs the system accepting same condition type ?? is there any standard setting to eliminate duplicate condition types in item condition (sales order)
Point will be rewarded to Everyone for helpful solutions.
Thanks & Regards,
San Rao
hi san rao
u have to make some configuration in condition type.. un check item condition and Value.. then if any condition type u enter in sales order in line item. it will not allow to enter.
For ex:
Already pr00 for customer and material is rs.500 in sales order. if u want to change price of material to rs.300 then it will not allow you to enter in line item of sales order.
if u make the above settings in condition type then ur issue will solve.

A manula condition type can be entered any number of times. System will automatically make all the condition entries inactive except the last one which will be part of the net value. The only way to restrict is to use an enhancement (exit/routine).

Hi ,
System will considered if the validity periods are diffrent,
one ,in condition Type controls you have one option ,manual entries ha priority ,changes which u can made Through this u can control.
Making manual entries
Indicator which controls the priority within a condition type between a condition entered manually and a condition automatically determined by the system.
&WHAT_TO_DO?
Make the following entries according to your requirements:
_: No limitations
A: Freely definable
B: The automatic entry has priority. If a condition record exists, the condition cannot be entered manually.
C: The manual entry has priority. When you enter the condition
manually, the system does not check whether a condition record exists.
😧 Cannot be processed manually

hi san,
you have seen, you can enten condition several times in you condition sheme.
That's good an acceptable.
You have only to arrange, that the right condition will be active.
In the customizing of the condition, you can say, ich th manuel Condition ist prior to the automatic condition.
In the 'Zugriffsfolgen' ( the selection range? ) you can decide, if an Condition is exclusive or not - to say, ich mor Conditions are loocked for or not.
And there are other oprtiony - you can say, which of the conditions, you have found, will be the aktive one. See Customizing under conditions.
You can say the best condition of PR00 or the best condition between pr00 and an other condition....
