Hi Sap Gurus,

In our client (manufacturing industry) have a CRM module too which is used by endusers

In last few days, due to some problem some of the credit memo requests could not replicate into the R/3 system properly

An error has occured in the system SENDER while copying the document

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020

Diagnosis

Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.

Transmission log

SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)

The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data (Notification W V1 555)

Sales document 9400000123 was not changed (Notification E V4 219)

Transaction ZITN is not defined (Notification E V1 347)

Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000010 (Notification E V4 248)

Transaction ZITN is not defined (Notification E V1 347)

Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000020 (Notification E V4 248)

Hi,

The 'ZITN' is similar like a transaction type .Did you define the 'ZITN' in R/3,if not,pls add it and transfer again.

My problem solved

Item catergory ZTIN and MRP type PD not assigned to Schedule line category CP in ECC system.

Hi,

What are the customizing changes made to your R/3 system, since this error has started occurring? Go through the series of customizing requests that have been recorded.

Further, what is the transaction type "ZITN" referring to?

Also, is the sales order document complete? Check the incompleteness log before proceeding.
