What is the procedure for the configuration of Process Instructions?

Hy,

Following are detail list of transaction for creating Process Instruction,

Steps:

- 1. Create Characteristics using CT04

Enter following details:

a. Characteristics ID

b. Characteristics Description

c. Select Characteristics Group à Process Message Characteristics

d. Select Status à Released

e. Select Data Type à Date Format / Time Format / Character Format / Currency Format / Number Format

- 2 Create Control Recipe Destination (2 Char ID, 20 Char Description, 32 Char Destination Address) Use Transaction Code: O10C and select Destination type 4

- 3. Create Process Message Category (8 Char ID, 40 Char Description) Use Transaction Code: O13C

a. Assign Process Message Characteristics

- 4. Create Process Instruction Category (8 Char ID, 40 Char Description) Use Transaction Code: O12C

a. Press PI Assistant

b. Press Next Screen Button

c. Assign Process Message Category

d. Press Next Screen Button

e. Select all Characteristics

f. Press Next Screen Button

g. Press Previous Screen Button

h. Specify the Input / Output

i. Press Next Screen Button

j. Specify the Order

k. Press Next Screen Button

l. Press Copy button

m. Press Save

n. Accept the Request Generated

- 5. Create Master Recipe

a. Assign the Control Recipe Destination

b. Select the Phase where we have assigned the Control Recipe Destination.

c. Press Process Instruction button.

d. Assign the Process Instruction Category.

e. Save the Recipe

Execution Part

- 6. Create Process Order

- 7. Release the Process Order

- 8. Create Control Recipe for Process Order

- 9. Save Process Order

- 10. Perform Goods Issue for Process Order

- 11. Confirm the Phases

- 12. Type CO53 à Press Display à Select All and Press Send

- 13. Type CO55 à Specify the Plant, Material, Operating Group à Press Execute

- 14. Select the PI Sheet à Press Maintain PI-Sheet button

- 15. Record the PI-Sheet Data à Press Save à Press Complete (Only when all the data recorded are correct and no more changes required).

- 16. Type CO54 à Specify the Search Parameters à Press Display à Select Process Message Category à Press Send.
