HI,

Configuration means doing some settings by SPRO.

customization mesn you have standard program(objects) change that standard program/objects(copying to z program) according your reqirement.

hi,

I guess Both are same in one way.

If you are doing some thing as standard SAP like giving the functionality of APP is configuration.

But when you do cheque printing it is customized. here We will configure the system to meet the needs of our business by using existing data.

Implying customisation is specific to customer/client where as configuration is standard across. here we will custimize the system by our business requirement. In this process we mapping to SAP into our business process
