but iam not able to change that setting in full instalation..i guess it wont support for full instalation..

Try out with the t.code SHD0 transaction and screen variants.

While using SHD0 as pointed by Naren above, you need to activate the variant you have created so that your variant would be called during standard transaction. All your suppression\modifying of screens would be active thus.
