oracle upgradation

Dear all .

presenly we are using Ecc5 oracle 9i with windows 2003 server with 32 bit.

i am doing upgardte of the windows 2003 server 32 bit to 64 bit .oracle 10 G

I fresah install of the Ecc5 oracle 10 G with windows 2003 server wit 64 bit

I have restore the old data file but when i started the oracle

find the err0r ora-1902 oracle instace terminated dis connection forced .
