Sorry about not clear question, but i can't explain and system don't have appear error.
I continue to repair and now system appear error:
"The basic settings need to be maintained for QM in plant HDQF"
Message no. QV011
I start to setup QM so do you have any document about setup QM.

There are QM plant level settings configuration are missing for the plant you have mentioned there. Do it and the error will resolve.
