SCN created PO considering in MRP run

Hi Friends,

We customize consumption based MRP for our company.We customized for planned order generation after MRP run for our MRP area.

But in one of scenario SCN made PO is not considering in stock list and If we run MRP through MD03 system is generating new Planned order which should not be happened as their is sufficient PO qty in pipeline which fullfill the reorder pt of MRP area.

We done the setting in Availability check for shipping notification in customization but still its not working.

Pls suggest is their any other setting is require.

pl elaborate the mrp type, lot size used and whats scn

MRP type VB ( Re-order pt planning)

Lot size HB ( Replenish to maximum level)

SCN created for existing PO which was created externally through VL31

PO and PR created is consider in MRP run but SCN not consider.
