GR print out

All SAP Gurus,

When we try to take GR print out, systeem gives the message as 'No messages for initial processing exist'.

Where we need to maintain configuration.

If u r taking the print out in MB90

Pls check with other processing modes 2 and 3.

There is no problem with the processing mode.

We have just made the client copy and unable print out of any material document.

Where we need to maintain configuration settings for the Material document print outs?

HI,

Follow the steps.

1. Go to SPRO - MM - Inventory Management - output determination - Maintain output types - Here check if you have maintained the desired message type.

2. 1. Go to SPRO - MM - Inventory Management - output determination -Maintain Output Determination Procedures - In this check if the created message type is been assigned in the procedure.

3. In MN21 tcode go and maintain the condition record for this message type

maintain transaction event type - GR for PO

print version - 3

print item - 1

Language - EN

Date/Time - 3

Medium as 1

Communication - printer name - LP01 / LOCL

4. Then when you have create a GR document go to MB02 and in the top menu check for messages and see if this automatic message determination is coming or not.

5. In case if it is coming then go to MB90 and take the printout.

Go to MB90 and Change Processing Modes 2 & 3 and Check Once.
