AS91 Asset Takeover values

Hi!

I am trying to load legacy asset using transaction code AS91. I need to put the Accum.ord.depre area however the Accum.ord.depre fields for depreciation area 13 and 40 is grayed out.

Can any one please suggest me why they are grayed out and how can I make those fields ready for input.

for this you have to activate these depreciation areas in your chart of depreciation and in asset class. t.c OAYZ,

then only you can get it active.

Thanks for your help. however the problem with me was that in Parameters for Data Transfer->Options->Recalculate Depreciation for Previous Years was check on. Because of this Accumulated depreciation area for those depreciation area were grayed out and system was calculating depreciation for those. Once I removed that check The relevent field got opend in AS91 and I was able to put the values.
