Anyone know how to get around this prolem?
"All of your system's 6 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your system's license key has expired. Try again later or contact your administrator to obtain additional licenses.
(If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator.) "
Even I'm locked out. I assume there is a back door where I can reset the number of logged in users, etc.
make sure sessions are closed by logging off, not by closing the IE browser. Check through CMC License key to see if the key has expired.

If it's a session thing you can restart the CMS. I'm worried about "license key has expired". If that's the case you should be able to login ot hte CMC as administrator but users will not be able to access infoview without a valid license key.
