Hi ,

when i open BEx analyzer i get System Error &H80004005 (-2147467259). Unspecified error

message.

i have BW 3.5.

and the operating sys is window vista.

i reinstall the microsoft office excel but still get the same error.

any suggestions ?

Please give us your SAP GUI versions , SPO and FEP Levels ( FEP would be Front End Patch ) and also the Front end patches installed.

If possible upgrade to the latest frontend patch available which is available at service.sap.com/swdc - front end components.
