BO XIr2 SP4 on Solaris 10

Hi all,

I am in process of installing BO XiR2 SP4 on solaris 10 prod env. I am planning to use WebSphere 6.1.0.7(Supported platform).

I have DEV environment where I have same configuration and WebSphere acts as Web Server as well as app server.

Can I use a separate SunOne (web server) with WebSphere 6.1.0.7 app server on Solaris 10 with BO XiR2 SP4?

I've seen that and other web servers used by BO customers. The trick will be configuring the connector (Sun-WAS) as neither of those products are Business Objects.

Business Objects does support WAS. So the question that you may need to ask is does IBM WAS support your Sun web server?
