Hello,

when i start a

brconnect -u / -c -f check

or

brbackup -u / -c force -w only_dbv -p init<SID>.sap -m ALL

i can't see that in DB13.

Knows anybody a option/solution to see running br-jobs on os level in DB13 -> I have this situation in any different releases.

Thank you very much for supporting me.

Regards,

Markus

Hi Markus,

you can see all running BR* jobs in DB14 else you can see all runningBR* jobs in OS level.

if you are UNIX platform you can execute following command

ps -ef | grep br* - to find out all br* jobs in OS level.

hope this help

Hi Markus,

You can not see these jobs in DB13 if you will execute these commands at o/s level. But if you will do the same (db check or take backup ) in DB13 then these commands will be executed.

Hello Ashok,

thank you for your answer.

I know the DB13 setup but we have to run some br jobs directly on o/s level and

it will be very nice to see these jobs in db13.

You can see them if your on NW2004s or ECC 6.0. Otherwise you can only see the results using the following transactions: DB12, DB14 or DB24.
