Using Crystal Reports Viewer v11.5 and trying to change the control

I using the Crystal Repors Viewer v11.5 with VBA. I can add the control to a form, however when I try to move or resize the control, my VBA screens disappears with no error messages. I can use the v10 control without any problem. I have the crviewer.dll v11.5 installed and registered on the computer. Has anyone seen this problem before.

Needed to install Microsoft office then it worked.
