Problem with accessing CRM 6.0 Web UI

Hi Guys

Since we don't have basis guy I am involved with the installation of CRM 2007. I did that and everything went well and when I try to access the Web Interface I am getting error messages. As per the instructions I am giving the following URL

http://crm:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/default.htm

and it fails with the following error message

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://crm:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/default.htm call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system ERM with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

What am I doing wrong? Is there anyother steps that I should be doing before accessing the web interface of CRM 2007.

I worked through this document today and found a number of useful tips, hopefully it will assist you in the right direction.

After activating the service CRM_UI_FRAME, it worked.
