PO PRICE CHANGE RESTRICTION

DEAR ALL,

I HAVE MAINTAINED INFO RECORD. WHILE DOING PO PRICE IS GETTING UPDATED FROM INFO RECORD. HOW CAN I RESTRICT AN USER TO CHANGE THAT PRICE IN PO.

Hi,

If you are talking about the field selection specific to use in PO then follow the below process;

First of all create user specific field selection key in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level

1. Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Authorization Management > Define Function Authorizations for Buyers > Function Authorizations: Purchase Order > Here "New Entries" and define Function Authorization Key as "01" and give description.

OR use T. Code - OMET

Here under "General Parameters" subscreen, activate "Display Conditions" and enter the Field selection key as $DE1 (Without entry of price) in field FieldSel.

And under "Possible ref. objects" subscreen, activate "W/o Reference"

2. Now go to SU01 > Enter User ID > Parameters Tab > Here for Parameter ID EFB i.e. Function Authorization: Purchase Order, maintain value "01" and check in PO, PR will become mandatory for that user.

You can Solve this Using OMET Function Authorization. Now Go to OMET and Create One Function Authorization say PR ans inGeneral Parameters Tab Give Field Selection Key as $DE1.

Then Go to Possible Reference Objects Tab Pur Tick Mark against W/o Reference and Save.

Now in SU01 Parameters Tab add the User Parameter ID EFB and Save.

Then Try once.

Dear,

Please follow below path.

SPRO-> Material management-> Purchasing-> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level

Select transaction code for purchase order ME21N or your document type.

Then update status of rate for required field.

Also made required field for info record so without info record user can't create purchase order.

And your price maintain in info record >> condition tab >> scale function.
