GL Account Problem

Hi,

When i am creating a new GL account with reference it says

"Description in language EN is already created Check names in alternative language. "

Please help !

Hi,

when u r creating GL account with reference, the description gets copied. But to make and confirm system gives warning message to change the description in any other language for the new GL account created.

I hope this has clarified u.

Its not a warning its a Error message.

Its not letting me save the new GL Acct.

What shall i do. How do i change the alternative language, not the maintenance lang ?

This is what it says. How to do this :

Diagnosis You have changed the name of the G/L account in the maintenance language of the chart of accounts, but you have not made changes to the alternative languages.

Procedure Check whether the names in the alternative languages need to be updated.

Please help. I really need solution to this.
