Cannot Update while another user is connected to the company.....

Hi all,

Good Day!!!!

I have created a new Database in SAP B1 2007B PL04 and tried to update the certain fields in the Administraton Folder.

For Eg: In Company Details when i tried to change the system currency, an error message pops stating that

"Cannot Update while another user is connected to the company"

The same error pops up when i try to change some values in the general settings.

Help me out of this....

hi

create a superuser and try with new superuser.

Hi,

Just a note of thanks.

I created a new super user and managed to change the decimals after restarting the server and logging onto SBO as the new super user.

Hi MariKannan,

For some settings change, it should be exclusive. Only one user is allowed in the database.

Check if anyone else is connected to the database. Then let all other out. Check it again. If you still have error message, you may have to log to SAP support.

hi,

please ensure any bodey except you are using b1 or not?

or restart your server & then try.
